Happy Mother’s Day to all Mothers!!!!

God gives his children to the Mothers, who are all capable of the greatest love and then he leaves the outcome in the hands of this incredible woman. She will tap into this child life-sustaining gift of love and save her child. And when they do, a circle of love is created between the mother and child that will never be penetrated, it is a blessing from God.

Today on Mother’s day let me thank all the Mother’s around the World for what they do, non stop without fail tirelessly.

Taking a few minutes to write this for all of you.
Here you are, it’s the least we could do.
Excellent you are mothers, we love you too!

M
other, in our loving hearts, we hold you so dear.
Onward as we walk, you are always near.
Think about all our past memories, and the future one’s to be.
Here with you, is where we feel safe and from life we can flee.
Ever if we need to talk, there you are.
Relying on you, we will do, even if you’re far.

Ispeak for all of us when I say, you are the best.
Needed you are, we are truly and thoroughly blessed.

Older as we all grow, just know you are appreciated.
Under your wings, you keep us safe and comforted.
Reassurance we truly need, to know we are supported.

Living a life, being loved by you, is so important to us.
Ihope for the rest of our lives, we’ll maintain your trust.
Future, past and present, we’ll always love you.
Each day that passes, we thank the LORD for you!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mothers of the World!!!!

And a very special wish for Minniedi and Barnalidi on Mother’s Day!!!

Mother is always with you!!!
She’s the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.
She’s the cool hand on your brow
when you’re not well.
Mother lives inside your laughter,
She’s crystallized in every tear drop.
She’s the place you came from,
your first home!!!
She’s the map you follow
with every step that you take.
She’s your first love
and your first heart break!!!
And nothing on earth can separate you.
Not time, Not space!!!
Not even death
will ever separate you
from your mother!!!
You carry her inside of you!!!!

For my mother I can say just this. Thank you for your patience, love and care for those few years of my life that you were with me. Thank you for taking care of all my needs and you knew them without even my saying. Thank you for encouraging me into doing anything constructive that I wished for. All of your concrete efforts became part of me. When I write something, when I sit down in my office and do my work or when I go out on a wild aimless walk, you are with me always. When I smile at a beautiful sunset or sunrise, you are part of that experience. It is no less a fact today even though your nest is many many miles away today.

I remember the times together we had, I think of the times you made me glad. I was your son and you always made me feel like number one. You lifted me up when I was down, when no one else was around but now you can’t catch me when I fall because your not there at all. You are only left in memory. AND you will always be my sweetest melody!!!!

Wonderful post BT. In UK Mother’s day is celebrated in March, so it was a news to me that its Mother’s day in India!!! Thanks for telling me this.

I have a wonderful mother and I hope one day my son also makes a post like this for me !!

Being mother is ongoing and very tough job. It leaves you frustated and tired sometimes. But one hug from your kid and all the anger and frustration vanishes.

Happy mother’s day to all of you !!

Happy Mothers day to all Moms and Grand Moms out there….I love and Miss you Maa….

Agree with Ritu on being mom and what a tough job to handle…But eventually it pays off…Something I like to share

    Mean Moms
Someday when my children are old enough to
understand the logic that motivates a parent, I will
tell them, as my Mean Mom told me: I loved you
enough . . . to ask where you were going, with whom,
and what time you would be home.

I loved you enough to be silent and let you
discover that your new best friend was a creep.

I loved you enough to stand over you for two hours
while you cleaned your room, a job that should have taken 15 minutes.
I loved you enough to let you see anger,
disappointment, and tears in my eyes. Children must
learn that their parents aren’t perfect.

I loved you enough to let you assume the
responsibility for your actions even when the
penalties were so harsh they almost broke my heart.

But most of all, I loved you enough . . . to say
NO when I knew you would hate me for it.

Those were the most difficult battles of all. I’m
glad I won them, because in the end you won, too.
And someday when your children are old enough to
understand the logic that motivates parents, you will tell them.

Was your Mom mean? I know mine was. We had the
meanest mother in the whole world! While other kids
ate candy for breakfast, we had to have cereal, eggs, and toast. When others had a Pepsi and a Twinkie for lunch, we had to eat sandwiches. And you can guess our mother fixed us a dinner that was
different from what other kids had, too.

Mother insisted on knowing where we were at all
times. You’d think we were convicts in a prison. She
had to know who our friends were, and what we were
doing with them. She insisted that if we said we
would be gone for an hour, we would be gone for an hour or less

We were ashamed to admit it, but she had the nerve
to break the Child Labor Laws by making us work. We
had to wash the dishes, make the beds, learn to
cook, vacuum the floor, do laundry, empty the trash
and all sorts of cruel jobs. I think she would lie
awake at night thinking of more things for us to do.

She always insisted on us telling the truth, the
whole truth, and nothing but the truth. By the time
we were teenagers, she could read our minds and had
eyes in the back of her head. Then, life was really tough!

Mother wouldn’t let our friends just honk the horn
when they drove up. They had to come up to the door so she could meet them.

Because of our mother we missed out on lots of
things other kids experienced. None of us have ever
    been caught shoplifting, vandalizing other’s
property or ever arrested for any crime. It was all her fault.

Now that we have left home, we are all educated,
honest adults. We are doing our best to be mean
    parents just like Mom was.

I think that is what’s wrong with the world today.
It just doesn’t have enough mean moms!

Thanks Bhaskar for your warm wishes. What a beautiful post and poetry!!! I do agree no one can take place of mother in our life. One should never ever hurt a mother who does all and still always think it is not enough and what more can she do for her children.

I will share something I wrote for this day 2 years ago

    Maa
This one is for all the mothers and children

Maa jo deti hai hume apna sab kuch
Hume bhi jaroorat padne par rakhna hai uska khyal
Taki Uparwale ki najro me hun gunehgar na bane
